70/30 Polyester Epoxy Resin with excellent gas oven stability for Low Gloss Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
HH2782GT is tribo version of HH2782G, it is a carboxyl polyester resin designed for 70/30 hybrid powder coatings with excellent gas oven stability. Can be used with B68 for low gloss with good performance.
Models with a G indicate powder coatings made with this polyester resin that is suitable for direct fired furnace curing.
Powder coatings are solvent-free, non-polluting, recyclable, environmentally friendly, save energy and resources, reduce labor intensity, and have high mechanical strength of the coating film, so they have developed rapidly and are widely used in home appliances, automotive coatings, aluminum alloy doors, and windows, as well as metal and non-metallic coatings. And HH2782GT is a kind of polyester resin for direct-fired furnace-resistant powder coatings, which achieves the purpose of preparing powder coatings that are resistant to direct-fired furnace heating so that the surface color will not be affected when the coating production line is heated by gas.
