Blended Polyester Resin with High Flexibility for Powder Coatings in Coil Field
◎Introduction
NH0004 and NH0504 are high and low acid value polyester resins with high flexibility respectively, which are used in polyester/TGIC powder coating systems. Using NH0004 and NH0504 to make powder respectively and then dry mixing to make high flexibility outdoor semi-gloss powder coating, suitable for coil field.
At present, the application fields of powder coatings are constantly expanding, and powder coatings have begun to be used in metal doors and windows, coiled materials, metal furniture, automotive springs and other components. The coating process in these parts of the field is different from the existing mainstream coating process.
